Every Waveform Prints piece is produced to order, so each parcel moves through two stages: production and then delivery. This page explains what to expect between placing an order and finding the print at your door.

Production

Because prints are made individually rather than pulled from a shelf, we allow time for the item to be printed, checked and prepared before it ships. Production is carried out by our European print partner. Personalised pieces can take a little longer, as the design is generated from the audio or text you provide.

Delivery times

Once an order leaves production, delivery across the EU typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Total time to arrival is therefore the production window plus this delivery window. Timings are estimates rather than guarantees and can shift during busy periods or with events outside our control.

Where we ship

We currently focus on delivery within the European Union. Because production sits with a European partner, parcels travel within the region, which helps keep transit times short and predictable.

Tracking and addresses

Where tracking is available for your shipping method, we will share the details so you can follow the parcel on its way. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as we cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Delays and problems

If a parcel is running well beyond the expected window, or arrives in poor condition, contact us at hello@waveformprints.com with your order details and we will look into it. Where an item reaches you damaged, our Returns page explains how that is handled.
